Hey guys, today I was out running errands and I was using my phone and I noticed that it was lagging a lot. Everytime I slid to unlock it, it would take about 5 seconds for it to open up mind you there wasn't anything running except for whatevver is running in the background to make the phone actualy run. My mom tried calling me because I got lost in walmart, the phone rang but the screen just went black and I couldn't silence it with the buttons. anyway, I'm running ZVD with LD-LG ZVD ROM with the Plague ZVD Kernel. As always any help will be appreciated.

bit of an old thread but i thought i'd revive it a bit. so today when i woke up, i checked my phone to see what time it was but the screen didnt come on so i figured the battery died but then i remembered the phone was fully charged. i connect the charger and the soft keys lit up but the screen was no go until i pressed the power button. when i pressed the power button, the phone was stuck in the boot animation so i pulled the battery and it booted normally but my phone has been very slow today, I cleaned some stuff out and cleaned the cache twice and rebooted and im still having this same issue. anyone have any idea what maybe be going on? As always any help will be appreciated.

I'd wipe cache/dalvik (to be sure:D) and if that doesn't work, get application manager.apk from here, install that and see if anything is eating up your ram/cpu... if nothing is being a ram hog (like windows! :D) then I'd try wiping data then re-installing you're rom after backing up apps and contacts... (at least that's what I'd do, also, check out the zvd speed kernel, it runs like a baus on my phone. Way better battery life than plague.)

I've never had any luck with the black plague kernel even though I swore by the B plague kernels. They were like butter when I was on B.

But now, Im speed kernel 4 life. Overclocking is over rate. Underclocking is where it's at. ;)

Post 2000. Damn I need a life. Hahaha
