Apps Admob.. what a waste

Care to elaborate? I was considering using it.

Sure. Statistics from Appannie.com, Google Play, and my Yahoo business account that records my views from people entering my website say that before using Admob and after using Admob all my downloads, purchases, and people entering my website was on average the same and still is.

However, according to Admob I've had 100,000 thousands clicks on my ads. I had a budget of $1,000 and the maximum amount I set to spend was 1 cent per click

Now out of 100,0000 clicks surely I would have seen increased downloads or people visiting my website. The strange thing is just about all banners linked to the free version of my apps and not my paid ones.

So Google Play and Appannie are telling me that out of a possibility of 100,000, clicks on average even the downloads of my free apps stayed the same.

About 6 months ago I set a budget of $200 on Admob and had the same results. However, I figured that I probably didn't get a fluctuation in increased downloads due to my low budget. But, a thousands dollars I figured I should get something in return.

I havent used it myself but I am curious also....

How many downloads do you normally see, and actually see during that time frame?

Were you doing any sort of targeting?

Targeting yes. I was advertising my Hurricane live wallpaper app. I targeted the lower east side of the United States. (the states that are most affected by hurricanes and who might be interested in a hurricane live wallpaper.
