[Request] Lock Screen Wallpaper Template

Has anyone have or have an idea on how to make a template for lock screen wallpapers?
I mean a template that shows the location of various things, such as the pattern inner circles, outer circles, the clock, etc for use in making new wallpapers.

I've gone about trying to make one but I can't get the elements to line up just right (or even get it the right size for that matter) The notification bar seems to be setting off what resolution is actually needed.

Best way would probably be to take a screenshot while you are on your lockscreen.

tried this but it never lines up right (when I try to set the the orange box wants to clip some)
