Root "Insufficient Storage" Error???

I've been trying to install "Poweramp Music Player (Trial)", but it doesn't install because I keep getting an "Insufficient Storage Available" Error. I had the app installed for a couple days at the most then I uninstalled, then when I try to install it again I get this error. I've cleared the "data" and "cache" for Google Play Store" and I've cleared my dalvik cache through cwm recovery. Also, I have successfully installed other apps other than this one after I've gotten this error. How can I fix this?
I am running brokenout rom 1.1
I have 3.31 GB available space on external SD card
1.57 GB Available space on Internal Memory
and 721 MB Available space on Internal storage.

happened to me after flashing ld-lg or whatever it was called, couldn't fix it, had to go back to a backup i had before i flashed it

Ugh I was hoping I didn't have to restore from a backup... If I have to, I will, but is that the only solution?

I did everything you did and nothing worked. Try clearing cache from cwr i think i read that somewhere here in AF. Also try fixing permissions in cwr.

were you using lucky patcher by chance? if so that is the problem

I googled luckypatcher its an app used to Remove License Verification from paid apps so its not welcome in android forums.

Support are devs.
