Does anyone have a backup of thier stock they would let me use, I backed one up but forgot it would be lost once I formatted my SD card, I'm looking for a stock rooted/no root 2.3.4 EVO 3d Rom
I need it to flash so I can take my phone to sprint and replace it.

The link for the RUU is dead. Also, I think it would be an older RUU that wouldn't work.

I've done that befor I just want a flashable backup to restore so I don't have to go threw all that

Unfortunately, to get to true stock, you would have to lock the bootloader then flash the RUU. Someone might have a copy of an unrooted stock ROM, but I don't know of any.

The RUU isn't so bad, it actually is pretty straight forward. You just download the RUU, set your device to LOCKED (by typing 'fastboot oem lock'). Then run the RUU. It walks you through everything and flashes everything back to stock, including the recovery.

The RUU is available in the All Things Root sticky.
