Garfield and I feel the same way about Mondays

Ha! I have a couple pairs of Levis that are womens too. I always forget what my size is though!
My favorite was a pair from the Levis store (which most are pretty pricey) for $7 on sale. Unfortunately I can't fit into them any more. Super skinny. Ah well.
This reminds me of the Will and Grace episode where Will had on a Designer limited edition skinny jeans, lol. Everywhere he went during the show, women were coming up and bidding each other on his jeans.

I saw 3 movies today. Chimpanzee, The Lucky One and Hunger Games. All three made me cry at some point. But I enjoyed all of them.

I want to see Chimpanzee and The Lucky One but The Avengers comes out next weekend and I've waited on that one for 3-4 years (Since Iron Man came out and rumors of the Avengers started)

Good morning everyone and glad to be back. Some stories from the weekend below.

Ended up waking up really sick Friday morning so called in from work - one of those migraines where the light bothers you. Took a nap and it went away relatively quickly so that was good. Got my tires remounted by a friend and we had no leaks so thought all was good until as I pulled into the driveway both rears broke the seal and went flat. Luckily it wasn't on the highway was on before though - that would've been really bad. Put my stock wheels back on and ordered four new tires - those will be here tomorrow so we will give this another shot.

Friday night a friend called my girlfriend and asked if we had AAA - luckily I had just upgraded to AAA Plus/Gold, which gives 100 miles of towing. His alternator went on his way home from school about 80 miles away. We drove out there to meet him and wait for the tow truck which the dispatcher gave the wrong address to. We didn't end up getting home until 4:30AM - what an evening.

Rest of the weekend was very relaxing, except the girlfriend's sister left for Arizona to move out there. She was really upset, but seems to be getting better. She gets hit again every time something reminds her of her sister, but that is totally understandable. Just glad I could be there for her.

Happy Monday!

I want to see it too. BUT (huge shocker coming :p) I haven't seen the others leading up to it. :(
I loved Will and Grace. I miss that show. :(
Me too. Always made me laugh.

Happy Monday everyone. Well, I'm back at work now recovering from my weekend. We painted the house last year, so we (read Pam) decided that we would switch from red mulch to black. So this weekend we (read me) had to begin digging out the 20+ years of mulch in the gardens so the red wouldn't keep bleeding through. I have one of three gardens done, and its the smallest. At least there is some daylight after work now so I can do some during the week.

Go rent The Incredible Hulk (The one with Edward Norton produced by Marvel Studios), Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America. Watch them all and then go see The Avengers :D

If I'm gonna watch them all I'd rather take the day off Thursday and go to the Marvel Marathon that AMC is doing. 6 movies for $40. Ends with the Avengers at midnight

I saw them all except the Incredible Hulk. I was never into the Hulk. Interesting fact, the Hulk was shot in the city where I studied at. So I was able to see some of the scenes shot, lol.

Awesome! That's the only one I haven't seen yet either. Been meaning to, but never have. I've seen Iron Man 1 and 2 multiple times and saw Thor and Captain America in theaters.

Hey kids,

Been more swamped than usual lately and I’m about burned out, but it’s okay. Scored a major conviction this past week and it was EXTREMELY satisfying.

On a weird note, my wife went to a psych seminar a couple of weeks ago and one of the speakers was an expert on “lucid dreaming”. We took this guy out to dinner afterwards and I was very skeptical at first, but he gave us these supplements and equipment to do it with. Gotta tell you, very very strange. And entertaining.

Lol

You know what I want to see Marvel's next movie to be? The Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America. I'm always infactuated with the friendship between Woverine and Captain American. How their friendship formed and the loyalty Woverine still felt towards his friend decades later.

Wife finished her last Master's degree class last week and is waiting on her final grades. The teacher that had 20 or so in the class has already posted the final grades. The one that hasn't posted grades yet only had 5 in the class and had the fewest and shortest assignments, lol. No doubt she made an A, but gotta wait to fill out paperwork to submit to her school board to get her certifications updated and get the pay raise processed.
