Well this is my version of Windows 7 the Verbous Edition Rom for the Samsung Admire

Special Thanks goes out to SAF development for the use of his work to make this possible....be sure to download any and all SAF themes in the market that are made for Go Launcher EX...his work is awesome!!!!

this is the usual wipe wipe wipe....

Install the rom first.....

reboot....

and flash the gapps...

DO NOT POST ABOUT...OH NO..THERES NO NOTIFICATION BAR....

FLASH THE ROM AND THEN THE GAPPS AND YOU WILL HAVE THE NOTIFICATION BAR!!!!!!!

FEEL FREE TO DONATE OR PRESS THE THANKS BUTTON.....BUT IF YOU WANT TO RAIN ON THE PARADE THEN PM ME.....THE MODS DON'T LIKE PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION..

So boot into rom after flash then back into recovery and flash Gapps? (I personally understood, but you might wanna add that slight detail before new users trample all over your thread with questions lolz) To boot into Rom after flashing, then rebooting into recovery, wipe cache, install Gapps.zip

You probably just need to reflash the rom or gapps.

Edit: the only thing i don't like about your roms are the status bar. I hate that wifi symbol

okay so like, i have wiped data, and cache, and dalvik then install rom and it just gets stuck after the android screen on a black screen.

I tried to reinstall about 3 times. All 3 times same thing force close Google services framework, also started to force close maps and messaging. I am unable to sync my Google account to phone. Market wont update to play store.

I even tried reinstalling Google framework from a backup I had on my CPU.
Same thing happened.
Any suggestions?
Am I the only one having these problems?

I really want to get this rom working fine. I like the theme alot.

I've got a fix for ya....with a few bonuses to boot...I just need to upload it to download.....I modified a new launcher and added a few things and fixed the forceclose issue.

format system.......& then flash. it'll have a black screen for about 30 seconds and then pop up....then reboot to recovery and flash gapps....flash the new gapps when I put them up for a new modified launcher.

flash the second gapps.....its got a bonus launcher and a fix on forceclose issues with the google stuff.
fav dev huh? cool! I kinda get the feeling I'm being snubbed by a lot of the other regs and devs on this forum....I mean its kinda obvious I'm using xperia launcher and thanked Sony in my last Rom...

everything seems to work with no problems after flashing ROM and updated gapps... but no boot animation?? i do like the shut down animation and sounds. i really like this rom and its themed just right
and yes u are my favorite DEV. just keep on keeping on and shit will work itself out with the other devs... they just need to see and appreciate the hard work you put in for people like me. so once again your work is greatly appreciated.

p.s. to all other devs, this isnt a slap in the face or anything of the sort. i appreciate all things that ALL devs do. but show a little love for aboatright. i mean come on the guy busts his ass and does great work

I dont know what im doing wrong with this rom!!.. I successfully flashed every rom i could find for this phone lastnight..and this is the only one im having problems with. I flashed it every which way i could think of and i still cant get the damn notification bar show up, and yes i flashed the gapps

factory reset...them wipe cache....wipe dalvik...wipe battery stats...format system...and data...and cache..and sdext....flash ROM...reboot till you see the initial setup and push next till u see the launcher....use anreboot to go to recovery and flash my second set of gapps....forget the original ones...then reboot and u r done

Yes.
It ONLY works on the 5.0.2.7 CWM.
There is not a build for reqs cwm. (Yet?)
