Help SII - E-mail client issues

Hi All .....Please help

I use my SII for work to check my e-mails on active snyc on push. I'm in and out of the office all day so having a decent e-mail device is critical to me.

I upgraded to ICS last weekend, and now having a nightmare with my e-mails. It seems that when I read an e-mail on the device it doesnt mark read on my computer so when I get back in the office I have to plough through all the e-mails again......yet when I read on the computer it marks as read on teh phone.

Also the widget does not seem to update how may e-mails i have in the inbox as it did in gingerbread.

These problems are making me already regret upgrading can anyone help please.......

Same problem on ICS 4.0.3 with Exchange 2003 and Activesync.

yep, same problem with exchange 2010.

I too am regretting updating. Apart from my phone constantly lagging, I. Also have both wifi and mobile signal issues, massive battery drain. All I can see is ics messing things up..
