Thanks I'll look into this. Is this just an option in the settings or is it enabled by default?
Oh and I'm not the greatest with merging and cherry-picking commits.. so I'm just going to manually add this in.

It replaces the stock ICS recent apps.

Also, here's the commands:

git remote add mantera git://github.com/mantera/android_frameworks_base.git
git fetch mantera ics
git cherry-pick 2fa86457446501c83b05eeaa6b89d9bf4964b5ef

If you get merge errors- to find which files have the merge errors:

git status

fix the files with errors then do:

git add <name of file that you fixed--do this for every file that had a merge error>
git commit

its by default :) i checked it out on manteras latest rom. it was great until u use it by navigation buttons..u press on the button on navigation to bring up recent apps...its kinda glitchy/weird looking. other than that its was good.

Edit: Ninja'd :p

Thanks so much! I'm going to start using this method.. lol.
Hopefully I don't have to make any mods for CNA.. D:

Gave me strings.xml errors but I used your method to get rid of it.

Also another thing you can do is install meld and the configure git to use meld as your default merge tool

# git config --global merge.tool meld

Then follow matera "If you get merge errors- to find which files have the merge errors:"

# git mergetool

This will run meld which is very handy for seeing changes in each file and fixing them one by one.

Most stable ics rom I have found for the triumph...great stuff...get the camera working and only a few other small bugs fixed and this will blow cyanogenmod and miui out of the water!

its as stable as cm9 in my opinion, but this rom has true potential to blow them out which is why im tweaking some stuff n want some nice tweaks/mods :)

edit: wats the color code for transparency? like how #fffffff is white i believe? i want some transparency not complete.

Rom is fast and smooth but after 8 hrs of stand by time the battery has dropped to around 10-15% 2 days in a row.

u probably have something running in background which is preventing deep sleep. i suggest u get cpuspy its free :p n see if ur going into deep sleep. i have gotten amazing battery on this..24 hrs wif like 3 hours of use n its 82% :) great rom

Hey Guys,

Great work on the ROM, running nice and smooth! Just a quick ?. What is the advantage of using the navigation bar? The only one I can see is the open apps button as I have a home and back key on the triumph.

Thanks

Not really any particular reason. Just some people prefer it. Oh and you can open the recent apps cycle. Just hold down the home button.

Thanks for the info Gannon. Is there anyway to remove it after I've installed with the nav bar? Or will I need to reinstall the original RC rom?

On a side note "off topic", which ICS rom do you recommend for the OV?

Thanks,
Bidzer

Gannon: did you ever get that flashable zip of the sense recent apps thing? Couldn't find it. Also I an guessing you know hotspot is not working. Since I don't know much about this ROM when might we see another update? No rush, just curious.

I was never going to get a flashable zip of it, I was just going to include it in my next release, but it threw at me make errors. I'll "try" to put it in a flashable zip but I'm just planning on getting it in my next build

If I update now it will only be personal. I really only want to update when CNA updates their sources.
But if I get Sense 4.0 recent apps and navigation bar option fixed I'll make sure to update it.
