Help Network Issue ZTE warp PLEASE HELP!!

have had zte from boost just over a month. loved it. worked great up until 4 or 5 days ago. brand new, never dropped, minimal apps... all of a sudden my 3G stopped working. for almost a week I cannot connect to the net. all of my incoming calls, texts, emails, and voicemails come in EXTREMELY DELAYED. when making calls phone jumps from 1x with 1 bar to no bars called fail due to no network. It also sits idle for nearly a minute before connecting a call if im lucky to connect. boost cust service talked me thru updates, prls, the boostzone network tests. finally was told to backup and do a master restore. i did it.... and I still have the same problem!! i use my phone for work and this is a huge inconveinience! not to mention my wife whos due any day now... i really need this network issue rosolved! clear skies and boost said there are no outages in my area. WHAT IS THE FIX???? thank you! if im late for the birth of my child because I choose a droid and boost mobile.. have mercy. everything was fine for a month... always had clear 3G. this issue was sudden! please help

Well i would suggest contacting ZTE about it this phone is kinda "special" haha ive never had any problems like that it might just be a faulty phone thats the only thing i can suggest

I would suggest buying a backup phone like this one for 30 bucks, just set it up with a pay as you go plan http://www.boostmobilestore.com/bpdirect/boost/PhoneList.do?action=view&id=lg102

sounds like a hardware issue to me if it happened suddenly, did you leave the phone on your dash in the sun or anything that might have overheated it?

if they can't get you connected, it would seem like they would get you a replacement.

I recommend getting the backup phone for two reasons, one to have until your warp gets fixed/replaced so you don't have to stress about the baby on the way, and two to test that you do have cell coverage in your area with boost at the moment... if your new phone didn't have service, you could take it back I think too.

My phone does all the same things...I contacted ZTE to get shipping label to return, I am not pregnant but i cant be without a phone either...when I talked to boost before contacting ZTE to see if I could switch my service to my blackberry(gave my prevail to my mom) until my warp comes back, they told me that i would need to get the blackberry plan i said excuse me I HAD THE BLACKBERRY PLAN BEFORE GETTING THE ANDROID PLAN..so he told me the only other option was to suspend my services because they could not do it

so i went on ebay last night and found a prevail for $50, should have it by tuesday, once i get it i will activate it to keep my current plan and amount and then send my warp to zte, once it returns i'll switch it back...i really hated to have to put out more money for another phone but the warp is still under warranty and although i have boosts insurance the deductible would have been higher if I had actually broke my warp and tried to get a replacement...other than a android used phone off ebay the replenish is $99, i saw some of those on ebay as well...boost sucks and if this thing with zte doesnt work out i am seriously contemplating going back to a contract phone, all this hassle these days is not worth it

I was also having problems....I called boost,asked for a manager, explained that I could not be without a phone and they sent me a brand new Samsung rant for free. I never used it because I solved the myself, however now I have a decent backup. For free. Now my warp gives me zero problems. Just did a factory reset. GOT RID of task killers and memory boosters and a bunch of useless apps and for a couple of weeks no crashes, freezes etc. ..my battery life is amazing. With moderate to heavy use,I get seventeen plus hours ??? Not complaining !
