oh thats the thing though i thought i unrooted it by deleting the app ,xbin and bin in root explorer
well yeah that removes your root permissions, but not the recovery.. so if you try a stock factory reset it gets lost without the stock recovery so thats why you get that loop.. so the only true official way to unroot is to downgrade than re-update to zvd..

in all honesty the only thing that gives you root is the rcovery.. once you have that it is a matter of flashing a 'rom' with root permissions enabled and a kernel lol

yeah man so then that would be the only way? downgrading and re upgrading back to zvd, it wont have recovery or anything to do with root right?
correct :D

as of now we dont really have an official way get get into an unlocked bootloader to manually wipe/flash .img files to the device.. and im not sure if they have figured out a working batch file to successfully remove custom recovery, not sure why we cant flash the stock recovery over custom like vice versa with rooting.. but im not smart enough to know why lol

too bad we cant force rom manager to install the stock recovery for us :(

Had to read it again as he pmed the same info. If you deleted both the internal and ex sd the phone has nothing to boot to. Choose a ZVD ROM from here http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?p=3617400
Put it on your ex sd then install it. Then we can figure out where to go from there.
