Hi from OZ

Hi All

Finally getting around to post my intro post, I am not new to the Android community, been a News Editor for MobilitySite.com and now for Gadgetix.com and my own blog imobisite.blogspot.com.

Originally started out with Windows Mobile with a iPaq 1700 PDA, then moved to PPC-6600 (Harrier) and then PPC-6700 (Apache), after getting frustrated with missed calls I moved back to a PDA namely the Dell Axim X51v and a standard Samsung mobile.

Then in 2009 I moved and became an iSheep and bought the iPhone 3G only lasted a year. after that I bought the HTC HD2, great phone but limited to only 6.5 no WP7...

I finally left both iOS and WM behind and bought the Dell Streak my first Android device. I loved the large screen and the multi use of the device from a Phone (yes), eBook reader, gaming device and overall internet device. With Dell killing of the Streak I was left with a device with no future which bought me to my HTC Sensation.

Really liked the Sensation great device, the only issue I had was the sound very quite ringtones etc. This year I bought the Samsung Galaxy Note and I must say I love it, it's what the Streak should have been (if Dell had put some real money behind it...).

I have worked in the Teleco area for the past 8 years or so as a Coms Manager for Harvey Norman NZ, Vodafone NZ - Business Dealer, Three / Vodafone AU Repair Centre, Vodafone AU Retail Store.

Well thats all about me, hope to see you all around this great community.

Cheers

Jace
