Try long pressing on the home screen and it should give you the option to do that.

Firstly, you've posted in the wrong section. This section is for the Galaxy S not the Galaxy Y.

But, as you're here I will attempt to answer your question anyway. Themes on Android phones are known as "Launchers" and to change them you will need to download from Google Play Store and install to your device.

You have to download a "LAUNCHER" 1st.

But me, Im using Go Launcher Ex, you can download that thing in "PLAY STORE".
after downloading, you can find some theme on your phone . im sorry if my english is bad.

hey guys? need some help with my SGY.. whenever i click "Record" on my voice recorder, it doesn't work, so does when I click the red button thingy when I want to record a video using my camera.. But when I take pictures, it works perfectly fine.. Can somebody please help me out? Thank you so much..

When I receive a call on Skype, sometimes I am unable to receive the call because the green button is not responding to touch, even if I press it hard.
Also when someone IM the keypad will not show when I touch into the typing box. It comes up after pressing very hard.
Can someone help me how to correct these problems?
