1. Gaming is really smooth on the One X, this is where you'll see the Tegra 3 processor do its real work. For most games (at least the ones I've been playing), there are no lag, skipping, or bad frame rate. Plus the screen is beautiful and graphics are real nice.

2. The speed of the whole interface and user experience on the One X has certainly improved through a few updates that HTC has rolled out. Problems with the Sense UI crashing has also been resolved. So you should have no problem and no slow app launching or what not.

3. The screen flexing issue will really only appear when you push too hard on the sides of the screen. There really is no need to put so much pressure on the screen that a rainbow-ish tint will appear. As to your yellow tint issue, I have not known of a yellow tint issue on the One X, my screen is perfectly fine and dandy!

4. There are a few minor lags that you might encounter when scrolling throughout the One X's interface. This is normal, though. Considering the amount of widgets you add to the homescreen, or the number of apps you have in a folder, some lag might appear. But these are really really minor little ticks that you wouldn't even notice on a daily basis. I'm talking about like, opening the app drawer, or opening a folder, the animation may not be smooth, and it might kind of tick a bit. Lag also appears when you're using the phone while it's installing an app. But this is understandable as well, I mean, your phones doing some serious processing when installing an app, but once the app is installed, your phone should be back to normal.

Hope that answers all your doubts, and what are you waiting for? Go pick up this magnificent device already!
