Note that the current screen protector does not fit the HTC ONE X 100%.
The ones i got is a rectangular film with rounded edge, which fits within the screen. but leaves an acceptable 1mm to the left and right side, but an obvious gap for the top and bottom at a 2.5mm gap.

I received some details from a seller about this:

Just a kind reminder: It has been confirmed by manufacturers and mobile users. Due to the convex design of the outer of the display, there will be no screen protector (including the official ones) out in the market that will fit the screen perfectly. Thus, our screen protectors are designed smaller than the screen to avoid the sides not sticking well.

If you are looking for 100% perfect fit and high quality, I'd say give it another 1-2 month, as the market matures, hopefully those screen protectors will release as well. However this is only our prediction and is not a confirmation

Also, We currently have 3 different screen protectors on hand from 3 different manufacturing companies

They are as follow:
-12.2x6.15cm
-11.7 x 6.25cm
-12.05cm x 6.10cm

I now have 2 cases for the One X. Both from the Qubits range and purchased from Amazon UK.

RED TPU GEL CASE (HTC One X TPU Gel Skin Case / Cover - Solid Red Part Of: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics)

This is a great case. Tight fit, so no loose straggly bits, covers the phone well, but does add a bit of bulk and weight. I like the colour and the style. The glossy finish actually gives it better grip than the naked phone, somethng that was a nice surprise as I was definitely a bit worried about dropping the One X. This fully covers the top and bottom of the case, which means the power button is covered. However, I actually find it easier to turn the phone on and off with this case on than I do without the case on. Opinions on that will differ I'm sure! Volume rockers also covered, but again, easy to still turn up and down. Camera lens is protected by the case when placing the phone down on a flat surface.

Overall a great case for the ridiculously low price. Delivered very quickly too.

BLACK RUBBERISED BACK COVER CASE (HTC One X Rubberised Back Cover Case / Shell: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics)

Liking this case too. Different from the TPU one as it just covers the back and sides leaving the top and bottom of the phone open. It also has holes for the volume rocker and USB port. Best thing about this is its slim profile. It certanly adds less bulk than the other case and allows the phone to maintain its slimness. The feel of the materials used are similar to the finish of the actual One X, a slightly rubberised feeling. One big downfall of this case is how it picks up finger marks and grease, making it look quite unattractive I have to say. Camera lens is also protected by the case when placing the phone down on a flat surface, although not as much as with the red case, although that could just be my perception of it.

Another great case that maintains the slimness of the phone. Cost me a little bit more, but still far from expensive.

At the moment I am sticking with the slimmer black case, but its nice to have an alternative for both style and practical reasons.

One question with all of these cases - or, two, really

None of the cases linked to have holes where the 5 pins are located on the back of the 'phone - won't this affect the 'phone if used in an active dock?

will any of these cases allow the 'phone to fit in an official car or desk dock without removing the 'phone from the case?

It's considerably more pricey than the stuff I've ordered before, but I've just picked up this: Case-Mate Tough Case for HTC One X - Black.

Looks ok if you don't mind the added bulk (although I'll see how bulky it makes it) and can stomach the price compared to the other cheaper cases mentioned here.

Arrived yesterday morning. It's a very tight fit, but the phone is completely covered and it adds very little to the overall size of the phone. If you've used an Otterbox Commuter case before (on any phone), that's roughly what it's like. It also creates a good 2mm rubber lip around the edge of the phone so if you drop it face down, there's minimal chance of the screen damaging. I'm not going to test though.

Just spotted a few nice cases here in the Taiwan area, not sure if they have this available outside of Taiwan. Come in a few color schemes, and some even glow in the dark  !

Sells for roughly $25US each, seems like a pretty good deal, considering when you order from their store online they also include a screen protector, and a car lighter charger adapter!

I've had the HC V701 HTC One X Clear Hard Shell with White Flip HC V701 - The Official HTC Accessory Store - United Kingdom
Described on the HTC website "The HC V701 shell snaps onto the back of your One X and is made from a tough polycarbonate which protects the back of your One X from accidental bumps, scrapes and drops.
HC V701 features a white flip on the back of hard shell, it can be folded on the back and to be used as a stand, so you can watch videos or other media comfortably."

It's a nice case and i like being able to use it as a stand but i wish i could get it in black as after a week my jeans are staining it, and i don't even have it in my jeans much.:(

I got my official Orange (hole) case today, so far I'm impressed. Nice and light and adds virtually no bulk.

Photos here

Official one is great, and I use it for non work applications.
However, they seem a bit pointless, as they cover only the virtually indestructable back cover and just really dress the phone.
Amazon hard rubber one is my favourite so far. Thats my work one.
