Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Thank ya! Great pic. That is one slick looking car. Wish I had the free funds to tinker with my car...actually just wish I had my car back, just a tiny bit. I love my truck, but I liked my Focus as well.

I usually end up with egg whites and cheese on a roll or a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. I actually had a Dr. Pepper yesterday morning and it was so delicious - sometimes I miss drinking soda.

The only soda I drink normally is Ginger Ale - otherwise its water or iced tea/lemonade.

I usually just drink one Dr. Pepper per day. Other than that, it's water all day and I might have a glass of tea if we eat out on the weekend.

How long does it take you to run 3.5 miles? I'm starting my running now and it's 3 miles in 35 minutes. My objective is to get it to 30 minutes :)

Anti, you should do a couple of quarter marathons this summer :) It's good training for your half marathon ;) I signed up for a quarter marathon in July :)

Last night was just under 42 minutes, so about the same pace as you.

And the problem with living in Southeast Georgia, there are no competitive runs from now until late October due to the heat. Also makes training brutal, especially since my schedule doesn't allow me to run before dawn, when most people do in the summer. Usually still upper 80s at 8:30pm when I try to start.

Morning all!!

Anti - good luck with your running. I have yet to make 3 miles in less than 45 minutes but I'll get there eventually.

PupGiven- I hope you went with bacon

Roze - I knew you were a little devil like the rest of us :D

Stigy - nice car!

SVT - Dr Pepper is not to be given up for anything short of saving your life

I think that catches me up.

Night Razor. Good to have you back. Truly missed you.
Wow, thank you very much jmar. That means a lot.
I love diners. We still have a few around.

I am going to get take out because if you don't finish your food when you eat in, they write "food wimp" on your takeout tray and paint one of you fingernails pink.
Hahaha, that's hilarious, I wish we had a place like that in Boston! There are very few diners here, and I think only one place that stays open 24/7. I've really grown to love this city, but the lack of late-night options for food (or really anything) makes me sad.

The funny thing is Oxford is the birthplace of Clara Barton (founder of the American Red Cross) and Elliot P. Joslin (diabetes research pioneer) and Carl's diner puts us on the map.

Here is some of his mobile advertising. These can be seen all over central MA.
