Help Need Help with sync

Ok not sure what it is called but when you text or sent an e-mail it will have your information you can click on, like when you text someone it will show your picture from facebook and have options to e mail and such. Well somehow my husbands facebook info got synced to my phone and not mine so when I text or try to e-mail people it shows up as his name and picture and not mine. Is there a way to fix this? I know it is a silly thing but it is very irritating to me. I have deleted his facebook from my phone and tried to resync but that did not work. Its probably something simple that I am not thinking of. It also wont let me see all my facebook contacts because it shows his contacts. Hope I didnt confuse you and someone knows what I am talking about. Any help would be appreciated.

it's on your phone's setting when you can sync all your accounts like Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Twitter and etc.. it's just a matter of you activating it.. Settings>Accounts and sync
