Post your Homescreens

Not sure if simple calendar will let you exclude the date from the display at the bottom, but I went with smooth calendar widget because it allowed me to disable the date.... for some reason it bugged me having the date in my clock widget and my calendar widget. It still kinda bugs me that I have the clock on the main screen and in the notification bar. Is that weird???
Not weird at all, it bugged me a bit as well. Turns out Simple Calendar will allow you to turn off the month and date display, see below.

Smooth Calendar has a lot of restrictions, even if you resize it the text does not expand. I also prefer to specify colors more exactly than the slider approach they use. And the entire widget color is set. Simple Calendar allows me to set individual item colors and styles.

Also, I tried about 40 million weather skins including the one you have. After a little while I felt the graphics on a lot of them were too cartoony for the clean simple look I was going for. I wish I was artsy enough to make my own.
I also tried the Vos Neon icons, I like the style and bit better but they don't convey conditions as obviously to me.

I considered the text buttons for the dock but never got around to it. Do you find yourself taking an extra second to choose which word to click on or have you gotten used to the location so that you know which app is where without even looking?
I'm very text based so I read the labels better than processing icons. I also do know the position of each item pretty well.

Thanks for thinking enough of my design to spend the time critiquing it.

Cool, I'm going to give simple calendar a run and see how I like it. I agree smooth calendar has a few restrictions that bug me but it was close enough to what I was looking for. The color sliders is definitely a pet peeve of mine. I'll see if simple calendar can win me over.

There is just something special about blues and papers with blue in them on the GN screen. Also in combo with the stock icons, they just shine. That AMOLED shows it off so brilliantly. Looks good MyGalaxyNexus!

Thanks very much jbdan! I got most of my inspiration from this thread and I love the ICS Blue (as you can see!) so I incorporated that into it too and I'm pretty happy with what I came up with! This should do me for a while now, been tweaking a lot lately but I think I'm settled on this.

Also your screen looks great too, glad I was some bit of inspiration!!

What ROM/launcher is that?

Its nova launcher...deactivated the dock and used the long press function on all my function icons for what would have been in the dock. Aka...if I long press phone...I get my SMS...long press home...I get the app drawer...and so on. Gives me more screen space on my home screens. Currently using aokp m5 rom to modify nav buttons
