4EXT recovery recommended (however i use TWRP2 with no issues but 4EXT has been proven to minimalize most issues. HBOOT 1.5 users: this is hit or miss for you guys...may encounter bootloops.
Please read OP and check Second Post for FAQ and trouble shooting before asking questions.

Trouble Shooting/FAQ


Question: SuperUser not obtaining root..

Solution: Either you pressed decline, or missed popup.
Try this: redownload SU from the market
Set Super User as automatically allow in SU settings

S: we know. That is issue with tweaks. Follow tweaks thread for more info

Q: I FLASHED a mod and now im getting FC

S: ROM IS ODEX
Delete the apk and.odex file and try again.
Also remember that you cannot flash mods from my other rom on this one
Be sure its an ICS mod.

Yep runs great!

Some leedroid tweaks don't work yet, but nothing major. The GPS/no GPS icon can't be removed, and center clock is a bit wonky.

Runs fast and stable otherwise. I thought I was over flashing roms every few days but now that MIUI has left something to be desired I'm all over the place. Hopefully the next AOKP update can keep me satisfied for a while.

-Please allow things to settle a little bit. it will be nice and smooth.

(this took way too long to do and still isnt quite as complete as i would like

-Changed font to Ubuntu font (also fixes the alarm digits)
-Added 8 new wallpaper that have "sense 4 docks" built in. use tweaks/sense settings to remove the navbar and "All Apps" text and add the included sense 4 clock widget for a cool sense 4 ish theme!

Looks interesting. Does anyone know how battery performance is between this and MeanROM? MeanROM 1.4 has a noticeable increase in that regard over an older version of ZR3D ICS.
