Hello all! Here it is Broken Out Rom for the LG Connect!!! It has been fully cleaned out to decrease size and to increase speed. It will continue to be a work in progress! I am working on this blind as I do not have the device. If you have a problem, I have no way to recreate it, so the more info you can get me, the better the chance I can fix it. If it's visual, please supply a screenshot, if an app problem, I will need a logcat. I hope you all enjoy!!!

What is this?
This is a very lightweight rom built both for speed and stability. This rom is based off of the latest LG version of Gingerbread, ZVA. It is fully deodexed, and debloated. Almost all of LG has been replaced and as time goes by, I hope to remove the rest.. A few items have been replaced with AOSP versions to increase speed and decrease size. Also included is the appwidgetpicker to clean that up.

How do I install this?
1.) Download the .zip & make sure 4g is enabled.
2.) Place zip in external sdcard
3.) Back up
4.) WIPE DATA!!!
5.) Go to install zip from sdcard
6.) Select BrokenOutConnect1.0.zip
7.) Do not wipe data after flashing!!!
8.) Reboot!
9.) To Block CIQ Logs Requires Reboot After Initial Boot

Technical Info
This rom includes edits to several jar files, xml's and build.prop edits. As time goes more will be done.

i noticed you keep mentioning CIQ, k0nane and i have yet to find any traces of ciq on metropcs, mind letting us know what you found etc?

Sounds good I'll fix the credits.

As for the ciq, I have not found anything directly with ciq, but have removed any logging. I wrote the script right when ciq first came out and have just incorporated the same script into all of my roms.

If you let the phone run for a while it should stop doing that. I had a small problem with that too while testing, works perfect now

Excellent! Fyi in case you weren't aware, the notification bar widgets lack the theming in landscape and when in portrait if you use silent without vibrate. Outside of that i'm loving this so far

Thank you! I know about the landscape mode but didn't about the silent. If you can get me a screenshot of it that way I know the exact icon that would be great!
