I had my phone hooked up to my computer to take videos of my kids off. To be honest, I'm not really sure what I did, but I have a feeling I accidentally deleted something important, because now, when I take videos from my phone and put them on the computer, there is no sound. They still have sound if I watch them on the phone, the sound is fine. Does anyone know what I might have done and how to fix it? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

No sound when transferring videos from phone to computer!

Could be that something is getting corrupted if the file/video formats are not identical after the transfer. What specifically is the format for the videos
