Out of all the top of the line phones (RAZR, Rezound, and Droid4), this is the only phone that has a thread like this......
I think they do but they are just not stuck to the top.

I have a problem when switching off of WiFi and going back to 3G. I'll have a perfectly fine 3G signal when I switch to WiFi, but when I turn the WiFi off, my 3G bars will be gray (and I can't use anything with data, so it's not just a graphical glitch) until I turn the phone off then on again, then my 3G bars are back in blue almost immediately and data flows fine. Anyone else? Input?
My girlfriend and I just got a Nexus about a month or two ago. We are having trouble in the last week or so of our phones randomly turning off.
We both take care of our phones and have an otter box cover.
Has this been a problem for other people?
Random reboots are a pretty common occurrence unfortunately. When Verizon finally gets around to rolling out 4.0.4, it will get much better based on my experience. Or you could root and get it now.
I've read back a few pages and haven't seen any mention of the speaker pop.
Has anyone found a way to stop this extremely annoying noise?
Or another question, has anyone with just this problem returned it for a replacement device and how did that go? quick easy new device had no problems?
Thank you very much for responding to me. If you'd be so kind, respond back as to how it continues to go.It is in fact a defect, and annoying as hell. Its issue 22307 on googles android issues cant link it since its my first post here (just google issue 22307). I contacted google about this and they suggested a replacement, I just got my Gnex last week thoug so I'm still in the 14 day window (dont know if thats playing a factor).
The Google CS rep will get some info from you and call a Samsung rep who will do the same. They send you a pre-paid shipping label for your defective phone and 2nd day a new one to you providing you have a credit card they can put a hold on. Ive done advance rmas through Asus before so I'm expecting another pretty painless RMA, hopefully.
For now though I just have touch and screen lock tones turned off and its not bothering me.

So, they're sending you a brand new in box galaxy nexus? not a refurbished?
Unfortunatly, ive had my nexus for about a month now. I didn't notice the popping until after 14 days. I was hopping that Google would release a fix for it considering all the people that have issue 22307, but maybe it can't be fixed via software.
I suppose I'll call them and see what they can do for me.
Hello, has anyone encounter the following problem: when I make a call, immediately my screen goes black and I can't do anything on my screen (even if I press the power button), if I want just to make a short call, I can't, I have to wait for the other person to respond, or to receive the "the person did not respond" signal. Sometimes, this is happening during the actual call, screen goes black, can't do anything, I have to wait for the other person to hang up. Any ideas? Thank you!
Is there any fix to this issue?
"Google Music will sometimes have clicks in the audio when the screen is off. It makes them unlistenable."
Thanks!
Actually, the newest ICS update fixed it for me. Yay!
