Are there any developers working on getting CWM working on this phone? If so what about a custom Rom or a Rom port of CM7/CM9 or something else. I figured since this phone is basicly just like a Droid Charge, porting a Rom from that phone wouldnt be too difficult. But I guess it all starts with getting CWM first.

The problem is that there was very little development done for the Charge. If you go to RootzWiki, you'll see that there are only three ROMs available for it (to my knowledge), two based on stock and one barely functioning port of CM9. We would need a lot of push to get much developer work done.

I see. I guess I got spoiled with my Prevail and the wonderful group of devs its got to turn that entry level smart phone into the beast that it is. Theres at least a dozen Roms and they are really trying to get CM9 working better. Its currently in alpha phase so its got a quite a few bugs here and there. I dont personally own the Aviator, but an friend of mine does, and Im just trying to hook his phone up as best I can.

Maybe its time I ask one of the devs over there if they can help in getting CWM working:D
