Hello. It's me again, and I'm here to tell you about working Samsung Galaxy Mini Plus Custom ROMs! I have 7 of them, and I will update this post as I find and test out more. Also I attach some screenshots of the ROMs User Interface

4. Reboot
5. After in homescreen boot into CWM Recovery
6. Install MEEGOUI PATCH from SD Card

You can download the CWM (Clockworkmod Recovery) HERE
You can use it by going to recovery mode and choose 'apply update from sdcard'
Then choose 'CWM.zip'

Tried zICS-Fusion on my Galaxy Mini GT-S5570i. Wi-Fi doesn't work & screen is rotated 90 degrees even after calibration. Must switch off auto-rotate. Will try other rom and post.

They are rotated 90 degrees wrong because they aren't originally made for
GT-S5570i... I cannot fix it

If it has issues like 'Force close' You should try to download some other keypad
app from Play Store.

CWM & ROOT: [DEV] Galaxy Mini/Pop Plus Development - GT-S5570I - xda-developers

Download Odin 1.85 and cooperve_0623.pit for firmware flashing.

Firmware: S5570i_Italia_PDA_PHONE.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

The ROMs listed here have a accelerometer bug on the gt-s5570i.
Also some of them have a camera bug/or camera not working at all.

To fix these issues, follow instructions and you'll have functional custom ROMs

Make a nandroid backup of stock ROM and extract /system/cameradata and /system/lib/hw folders from system.rfs.tar

Replace those folders with the ones in the ROM zip.

For CPU governors and/or schedulers you would need a kernel that supports those.
I haven't been able to find a kernel for gt-s5570i. I have that is, but the link is down

If you install SetCPU or whatever, you'll get no options to change governors or frequency.

Well, actually I got SetCPU to set 312Mhz as the min. freq. and 832Mhz as the max. freq., and the only governors to choose from are "performance" and "BCM2153". Not sure what's the difference between them, since they seem to work the same.
I'm using some profiles, i.e. 312Mhz max. when "in call" status or when battery <=20%.
That's good enough when you're running out of juice, and want to preserve battery life to make or receive calls, but that's it, at such low freq. it renders almost unusable. :/
