Anyone upgrade from S2?

I have both.

The screen on the S3 is so much better.

I turned off the auto-brightness mind. I find it a little dim on the S3.
Whack it on manual, up the brightness and change the screen mode (colour/vibrance).

It's crystal clear and HD video looks fantastic :D

EDIT:
Something else which I find better on the S3 is the WiFi signal.
The phone's range is greater than the S2.

Samsung said wifi speeds should double too, have you tried a speed test?

Cool thanks, I still can't justify it at the minute as I'm not far into my contract. I might think about getting it when prices drop.

I upgraded on wednesday.
I had a S2 with ICS.
There are a few changes. As mentioned already the screen is better.
It is a lot smoother and crashes less than the ICS on the S2.
There is an LED indicator which is good and I missed it after having it on a few phones previous to the S2.
Apart from that the changes are minor layout changes.

If you are due an upgrade or can get enough for your s2 to cover an early upgrade fee it is worth it but if you are looking to buy one out right then worth sticking with the S2
The S2 still has a lot of life left in it!

While I neither have an S2, nor do I currently have an S3, yet, I believe what they meant was that the S3 is a dual-channel wifi device. If you have a dual-channel router, you can utilize the 2.4 GHz Wifi band (that everyone uses) and a 5.0 GHz band (that not so many people use) and that will significantly increase data transfer rates.

My router is on the brink of death, so I'm excited to be getting a dual-channel router to support the S3 :D

I have a dual band router and the galaxy s2 always worked with both bands.

Pretty sure they announced double the performance. I'm kinda uneducated about what they did exactly, but after a little googling I found that the sgs3 supports "WiFi HT-40" and I stumbled across this page:

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rc...56W-Aw&usg=AFQjCNHQA2UrTM806MlU91qkE8_7E7jqmg

Which appears to indicate that transfer rates are faster.
