Any new phone rumors for Sprint?

it isn't so much that Apple has lost its mind, it all boils down to the judge preciding the case as well as how good the lawyers present their motions that will determine whether an injunction is granted or not. its just like that old saying "The No is always there, you are just looking for the Yes" and that is what Apple is trying to do. Hoping that a judge will say yes to blocking all these devices.

Its a shame really if it happens.

Well didn't the Patent Office have an Apple Exhibit (I called it a Shrine) a while back, highlighting a lot of Apples "so called" patent winnings. including one for a set of staircase. Seriously, a Apple staircase got a patent? I can't find the link now but it was a few months ago.

Too bad Apple can't take out a patent on a toilet seat, cause that is one item i would buy from them and think of them when I use it every single time.

We should all work together to create a nice package full or prior art and send it in to the Patent Offices showing how ridiculous it is that Apple was magically awarded a patent for something that already existed.

Now, we need to burn massive offerings to the technology gods to make a Photon successor happen. I'm starting to lose faith. That LTEvo is looking tastier and tastier.

I have until August to wait so I will continue to watch this closely. I wonder if the next LG will be something that would pull me to their side.

My vacation is on August. So I will have some time to decide what phone to get by then. I was so close to purchasing the EVO this past weekend but decided to wait it out until I see the full roster for the summer lol. I definitely want a new phone to bring for my vacation.

Anyone know if Sprint will get a version of the Razor Max?

We're all hoping that the Photon follow-up will be in the vein of the Razr Maxx or even the Dinara for ATT.

Unfortunately, there haven't been very many rumors on what Sprint's offering from Motorola will be this year, with exception to the Motorola Photon Q LTE that was rumored at the end of April.

There are 2 things I am waiting for before I choose a new phone.

1. The next Nexus phones and if they will be on Sprint before they are too old to matter like the Galaxy Nexus

2. The next Moto phone now that they are officially part of Google, hopefully Motoblur disappears.

I won't buy an HTC phone (unless it is a Nexus), and I just don't think the SIII is enough of an upgrade over my SII to pay retail for it.

So will the Sprint version be Quad-Core with LTE? Or will it just be Dual-Core?

If they're projecting a late October release, this actually makes sense to me if it's the Quad-Core. Reason I say that is because of the interview with the Tegra executive that said that compatibility with LTE should be ready by 3Q. October marks 4Q, so it would give just enough time to make it work.

Then again, still wouldn't surprise me if it's dual core. either.
