who will have a better exchange policy?

Planning to purchase the EVO V, like to know who will have a better exchange policy if something goes wrong with the phone Best Buy, Radio Shack or Virginmobile online?

I personally got the Best Buy 2 year accidental damage warranty for 80$. I could accidentally chuck this thing out of a moving vehicle and get a full replacement no questions asked.

Do NOT buy from radioshack they are a terrible company and many stores do not follow their corporate return policy. Go with best buy so if you have issues you have an actual store to get a replacement and won't have to wait for shipping.

The good part about Virgin is that they'll send you a replacement sight unseen. Amazing what "could" possibly happen to your phone during return shipping. Another point in their favor is that unlike everyone else whose warranty on the replacement is either 30 days or the remainder of your original warranty, whichever is longest. Virgin actually restarts your 1 year warranty beginning from the date that you activate the replacement.

Well yeah, it does not cover lost or stolen phones. I think the virgin extended thing may do that or something though. Phone insurance I think it's called.

Beat buy is good. 30 day return. Also don't forget that virgin has a pretty fair 1year warranty

I accidentally (yes accidentally, I had a good working phone) cracked my screen on my Triumph and I told them the truth about what happened and they sent me a replacement still.

Replacement was defective so I asked a for a brand new one and after being told no twice, by 2 different people, they sent me a brand new one, sealed in box with everything in it.
