Got this from the Sprint Forum

sign into your account, then click see details under "recent payments", then on the right hand side click "see my order history." that should bring up the order number, i guess the one on sprint's side, because i asked the chat customer service which order number i should go by, and he said the one with the D

So my status says: The equipment has shipped and/or the activation is complete

Although I don't think it has shipped yet because I haven't received an email saying it has. Weird

Are you sure Sprint will provide us with the drivers name and the trucks license plate number?

LOL NO not all of that, but You'll be watching him travel across the states and starring at the door and taking days off so that you don't miss your package, and making constant phone calls to UPS Shipping wondering when the estimated shipping day is and whats the exact hour minute second hes going to show up at your door, so that you may rip open your cardboard box before you even sit down and then gently cut the plastic binding the white Samsung Galaxy S III labeled box in fear you might mess the box up. Then you'll reach inside to lift your phone out of the box only to find that the Gorilla Glass was shattered because some kid in Lousiana seen that your box was labeled handle with care FRAGILE and football punted it to the guy who was loading the packages who then threw it in the back of the UPS truck not knowing that you have been patiently waiting for this package only to find out the screen was shattered along with all of your dreams for that Small moment of time that seemed like years as you starred at the bits and pieces of your phones screen lying there with the Super Amoled screen cover still over it. Only to realize to yourself that you'll have to ship the phone back to Sprint while you wait on a replacement device that may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to arrive to you.............. Yeah got caught up there for a moment Sorry about that lol :D

On sprint.com. Is anybody not able to login to their sprint account? When I do I get a weird message about capitalization and what not. Which I know is wrong because I am putting the same username and password I have for over a year, including yesterday night and it worked perfectly

Try updating your password and you must use at least one capital letter in it. Just had to do it myself

I realized the other day I could have played with it and seen it and what not! I was flying back from Dubai on June 4th. I didn't go into the duty free electronics shop. Thinking about it now, I remember seeing galaxy s3 signs in the airport.

I didn't really think about my phone situation till I got back to the States on the 4th and realized my contract was up. Then did some research and ordered the S3. But man if I knew about my phone situation and knew about the S3 before June 4th. I would have definitely experienced atleast using the phone and getting an idea of how it works in the Dubai duty free shop.

If you do a search with the DM order number from Sprint.com, not the long oy-oiuu0uu0u-37723495 one, you get this.

Product ID Description Qty. Order Date Tracking #

SPHL710KBB SAMSUNG L710 BLUE 32GB 1 2012-06-05

Status: The equipment has shipped and/or the activation is complete

Ok I see what you are saying now.

We ordered 2 other phones that are already in activated and being used. They say the same thing as well. So maybe it is a good sign.
