but all was done to do it was change the order of the 2 lines in the vold.fstab.

I'm sure you'd have to make a backup of the internal to the external to even think about having a chance, might have done important system files in there

just push the stock vold.fstab back to the phone

I've had some good luck backing up the Hardware etc. with QPST, then flashing the phone with the QPST defaults. So when I load it into KZ-500 Utility with the Factory Model: MS695ZV4_11.S4_11.P3027--------

The system recognizes it as firmware upgrade and poof! A virgin Factory re-build, in 10 minutes awaiting your rough hands.

Sorry I know this is outdated...I'm on the Esteem and did this switch a few months ago and it has worked brilliantly ever since. Except now I'm trying to move on to another ROM and don't want to wipe my external so I have to figure out how to switch back when I don't even remember exactly how I did it lol
