Experimental Stock Build .2233 -Latest Bionic Leak discussion

I read that 2233 was supposed to he clocked at 1200mhz, but my phones showing 1000mhz. I don't really care b/c i don't need the speed, just curious if anyone has any input.

a few phones are not getting the boost in speed with the upgrade. Some think that when ics it looks at your cpu and determines if it can be brought up to 1.2 or not.

Other than losing my music and titanium backup folders during 905-902-905-2233 somehow, this is the greatest thing to have happened to my bionic! Cant stop playing with it

You should set the titanium backup folder to be stored on your ext SD card if you don't have it already. I moved it to the sd card before I tried out 2233.

Mine is clocked at 1200. I wonder why some are clocked at 1000? Also looks like a reboot helped fix the small icons. Have you tried a reboot to see if that fixes your CPU. Won't hurt to try.

Yeah, reboot and a battery pull just for good measure. maybe those who flashed a early leak of ICS got it with the clock speed still set for the Razr and it sticks, and then Moto saw their mistake and pulled it real fast??

Always make sure TB is set to backup to the EXT SD card, that way you still have your backups if internal SD gets wiped.:)

*Edit* Didn't see XMR already posted this, sorry.

Here you go.

For the records (you'll thank me in the future) ...

If you are running 6.7.2231 please post a screenshot of About phone from System version through Build number.

Thank you.

Has anyone who did NOT flash the earlier version, and only flashed 2233, gotten 1.2 ghz?

And how can we see our clock speed, using Quadrant I presume?

Thx

I've only flashed 2233 and I'm clocked at 1.2. I was set to flash 2231 but 2233 came out. And yes you can use quadrant to check your max clock speed. It's under system information.

I'm wondering if the first few production runs of the OMAP4430 processor were physically locked at 1000Mhz and later ones were made so they could be clocked at 1200Mhz cause Motorola decided they would be used in the Razr also? Is your info exactly the same as this except for the speed?

Negative on that too. I've had my bionic since launch.

This is so weird.

Just some observations...I've had a few issues with 6.7.2233:

1) On Drawsome, it says that "this device does not support push notifications". I can't change the notification setting to "on"
2) Webtop keeps giving me the System Ui has crashed message. But if I use ADW EX as the launcher, everything works fine.

Otherwise, seems pretty stable.

Thanks,
I downloaded the 902 FZX file to my PC,

Then when I was on the xda instructions, where it says:
"2. Install the Motorola Mobile Drivers here" - IT SAYS "FILE NOT FOUND"

I was able to download "RSD Lite" to my PC.

I like doing this stuff in advance just in case.

I assume the Motorola Mobile Drivers are important and I must find them, if anyone has any ideas, please let me know where they are.

Thx
