Flash Button?

On most phones that have a "send" button, when making a second call you can switch between the two calls by pressing the "send" button.. It acts like a "flash" button.

Is there an equivalent button on the Samsung Admire? Or a workaround for switching between calls? Because when I'm connected to two calls, it seems like all I can do is either conference the two together, or end both calls. On other phones I've been able to switch between the calls, and also hang up on the second call without disconnecting the first one.

According to the manual for the MetroPCS Admire, if you signed up for Call Waiting service, your phone notifies you of incoming calls during a call (I believe it vibrates to notify you of another call).
>While in a current call, in a single motion, touch the (left) phone icon and slide it to the right to answer the new incoming call. Your original call is placed on hold and the new call is now active.
To return to your original call:
>Press the Menu button and then tap switch calls.
(You can do the same to alternate between calls)

Well described. Exactly how to do so. I've got this feature. And I confirm its exactly how it works.

That does help, but only in the situation that you have not joined the two calls together. If you have, and one of the other callers hangs up, then there is no way to add another call in again, other than ending the call and starting over again.

Even looking for a software workaround, but haven't found any. Just try searching for "flash button" in the android world, see how few relevant results there are!

Either just stay on the phone after the person hangs up and it'll be like a regular call or hit the manage calls button on the top left.

I've tried that, but it doesn't work. . . At that point you don't get the "add call" button back.

When in a call, press the menu button (far left at the bottom) then hit add call then you just enter in the number.

If your in a call and you get call waiting, and you wanna do a 3-way call, just answer the call waiting, then hit menu then merge calls and TA-DA!

I appreciate your reply but I'm already doing both of those things. The problems are:

A. that there's no way to disconnect call#2 without also disxnn'g call#1;

B. and even if call#2 hangs up on his own, there no way of adding a call again without hanging up first.

Been trying to figure this out for the almost year i've had the phone. Can't find a way around it
