Read before flashing

- Flash at own risk
- Ask questions if you're unsure of anything
- Make a nandroid of your ROM, and backup your sdcard to your PC.
- Please read everything including links thoroughly to avoid confusion.
- I use TWRP Recovery, not through ROM Manager.
- Most important, have fun!

I'm just a messenger, always have been always will be. Thank these guys in the links below for all the work and time they put into making our phones so much fun ;) If you get stuck on the "Google" logo screen (ya know before the boot animation pops up) give it time and please don't immediately pull the battery.

Instructions:I like to do a complete wipe. Follow the link to the ROM and see what the developer recommends. I also like to wipe manually aka not with Rom Manager. A full wipe in CWM/TWRP is wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, format system, and wipe dalvik cache. I also do this before restoring a backup.

Google Now Tips:

1f089c38.jpg

Make sure your web search settings are enabled in Google (this was my biggest set back)
Search for your team, weather, anything along those lines and then close out of Now and then hit refresh...
If that doesn't work open up Google Now and find the 3 buttons on the side and find the category u want and make sure it is ON
If it is ON but still not working, turn it OFF and then back out of Now and then go back in and turn it back ON
Try searching again and it should show up now

- JB Live Wall Paper

- Flashable bootloaders & more

A full wipe is dev recommended not required. Flash the rom and immediately flash the latest gapps then reboot.

I have been playing with it solidly for the last 2.5 hours and I'm flat out floored. If there are any bugs I haven't found them. 10.92 mbps down, 9.07 mbps up, which is typical for my area. The web scrolls smoother than my desktop. LOL.

Honestly, I anticipated installing this, saying "Oh that's cool but I'll wait for the AOSP." No way. You can pry my jelly bean from my cold dead hands :D

The ONLY thing I miss from AOKP B40 is the ability to remove the nav buttons. But, that will come soon enough.

Ugh.. I just flashed Liquid 1.5 and saw this. I guess I'll be trying this out. I'm going to miss my fast-charge and notification bar toggles/switches if I flash this :(. I must try it though because I want to see what all you all are raving about :p.

Devs can't work fast enough! Lol, will there be any customized ROMs on JB soon?

Trust us this is a huge upgrade over ICS in the performance and new feature arenas. Yes there will be customized ROMs soon. I'd give it about 2 weeks.
