The place for all things Fallout!
I am currently playing Fallout NV: and I'm trying to acquire the Pimp boy 3 billion and recover all the unique weapons and complete the add-ons.
As with fallout 3, I'm still checking out places for anything I might've missed.
This is the place to share your Fallout experience.

Love Fallout 3, I've only just discovered it (not usually my kind of game) and was instantly hooked, finally worked my way through the side quests and the main game so picked up new vegas which isn't as good but still enjoying it. Gonna buy the add on disks for both games, will take me closer to Fallout 4 :D
Yeah, I love both, but I have to say that Fallout 3 will always be my favorite over New vegas. NV Just didn't have as good as a wasteland as Fallout 3 did IMO and while it has more weapons, iron sights, and more quests I felt that I liked the quests and atmosphere more in fallout 3. Both great games.
Great game to bid wish i had more time to complete all
lol Fallout is a very big game and there's so much to do and so many locations to explore it takes quite awhile to get most things done in that game.

Alright, well, since we're talking falllout ... in my latest Fallout 2 quest, I'm nearing completion. I've got quite the weapons cache built up in the trunk of my jalopy, but that firepower isn't a match for my next foes. Clearly, I took the violent approach when I should have taken the 'Hey buddy' approach. Now I figure the villagers can work on their own problems, I'll keep dealing jet behind the casinos... ;)

Nah, I've got to level up though.

As far as New Vegas is concerned, I forget what mischief I'm too, it's been a while. I'm pretty sure I'm just wheelin' and dealin'. Selling weapons to the shops, doing some jobs here and there. A Renaissance man really. Though, I haven't planned out yet how I'm going to handle the whole situation in NV... but you know how those things go. Usually just pick my response on the fly. :D

That's my style ;)

I'm gonna have to get fallout 3 GOTY edition. I never went for the DLC and now is probably as good a time as any to spring for it.

This post did get carried away a bit :p

lol Not at all man. :)
I have all the DLC's for fallout 3 except for Mothership Zeta and I can definably say the add-ons are worth it. More weapons, quests, new locations and more! I got a suit from completing operation anchorage that lets me go invisible when I crouch! Plus the broken steel add-on boosts the level cap to 30 too. I would definably get the GOT edition of fallout 3. :)

Is there a new one announced yet? Fallout 3 was one of the best games I've ever played and I'd love to have a new one to sink my teeth into. LV didn't quite match up for me.

Well last i heard Bethesda took full control of the fallout franchise as for a new one i bet they are making it
I really like NV, but I loved Fallout 3 more than it for quite a few reasons.
Bethesda does a great job at the franchise and I can't wait for them to do another.

Well I came here seeking advice on a new phone... found The Lounge and this forum and decided I needed to create an account!

My experience with Fallout starts back with the original, and then on to Fallout 2. After that, Tactics (which i was disappointed in), played 3 on the xbox in college, didnt buy NV because I didn't have the cash! But I might have to get back into it on the PC, which is my favorite platform!

Nothing beats the original 2, nothing beats a random encounter with a Deathclaw, always praying you can make it out of the zone! (and the original groin shot, awesome!)
