facebook problem

hi there new to the forum. i have an atrix that have been using for the past year and now all of a sudden on facebook app and website when i use on the phone i cant see peoples background pics at all and when i go to their page cant see a photo button. iv tired reinstalling the fb app resetting my phone to factory settings and nothing works. Any idea on whats going on??

You've already tried all the things I was going to suggest - it's odd that the website won't work either. Have you tried downloading one of the alternative Facebook applications? (e.g. I use one called Friendcaster)
