im with you on that! This seems promising! But then again Droid users were made a promise to that fell through at the last minuet! Hopefully that Sprint Rep knew what he was talking about!

That was my initial thought, too. But, I asked the follow up question just to ensure that it was clear that the 26th was the date. I thought for sure that when I asked he was gonna give the standard, "We do not have any information on this at the time, go to sprint.com for updates."

Okay so i decided to do my own test and hit up Sprint chat. I cant provide a screeshot because im at work but i hope you all take me at my word ( i would not benefit from lying). Im not sure if your guy knew something this guy didnt but according to him:

As of right now, Sprint has not released the date of the software update. On Wednesday, we were informed that the update would be available in the coming weeks sometime in April. An exact date has not yet been given.

I hope you know that 99.9% of these employee's don't have a clue about what is going on in other departments. I have seen official sprint correspondence that says managers should start telling their employee's that NO update is coming in march at all, and maybe not even april. I wouldn't put too much stock in this at all.

If "next few weeks" is true, then that means April. March 26 is in 4 days = less than a week.
