You guys really want a pic of this cardboard box? I can do that but that's just what you'll get - a picture of a box - and then you'll all be ranting at me to open the darn thing! lol!

Besides, didn't McSexyPants already save the day by confirming that he saw the Incredible today in Vegas? Or maybe it was that 13 year-old kid who couldn't spell "laptop" correctly? :p

I'd like to see what's in the box. Can you open it and close it back up without breaking the tape or is it that security tape that breaks easily? Anyhow, easy for me to ask, it's not my friend or my job.

The incredible would be more or less the next generation (spec wise) of [edit: android] phones and the incredible does have sense.

That's what worries me. How do you blow everyone away at CTIA? with a phone that has better specs with sense. Or with a phone with better specs, sense, and 4G? As far as I know, the incredible isn't a 4g device. Plenty of rumors of th supersonic being the mystery device that will be unveiled. I hope not, but just trying to be real.

I also doubt they are releasing it tomorrow. I think the stores would have started getting in phones to be sold and I think we would have seen evidence. The nexus one will very possibly be launched for verizon (and maybe others) since google doesn't have to distribute to the local stores. I think the 27th is a good date for the Incredible.

Then again, they could start selling them online I suppose.

All I know is if it were me I'd try to go the extra mile for the peeps in this forum, but that's just how I roll. Of course if it were also me I would have gotten a photo of it yesterday afternoon so I didn't have to make an extra trip. ;)

Good God, that's your 27th post about taking a picture of a freakin box.

Get over it already. If you have trouble picturing a box with tape on it in your head go back a couple pages and look at the mock up. If I was MM there is no way in Hell I'm going back to take a picture. Just so people like you will fret and stew over it some more.

It's also quite possible that what was in the box Montana Man reported seeing yesterday could have been N1 literature and a dummy or demo phone. Although they may not be selling it directly, they may supply literature on it and have an in-store model that people can touch and play with.

Since HTC is manufacturing the phone it would make sense for them to have sales literature printed for it on behalf of Google and Verizon and ship a demo unit with it to all the stores. I hope this isn't the case, but you just don't know?

Only with no contract they updated it.

Still - I think its a sign that Android has Apple reviewing their business model. I think the launch of the Incredible is going to really put the heat on apple. Verizon has always had the best network and the Incredible is going give them arguably the best phone to go with it.

I was driving home from work past my VZW store and noticed they had a different ad in the window. A different poster from the Eris one that's been in it for weeks. My face went  and I pulled a 180, burned a little rubber for the piggy sittin' at the Sonic and flew into the lot (okay not really, but trying to keep this exciting ). So I get into the lot and do a drive-by.....

It turns out it's a BOGO ad for the droid. My face turned to :( to . I just found it ironic that a day after MM's store gets an HTC box my store puts up a new ad poster. I know the 2 aren't related, but from out on the road I thought they might have been. Take it for what it's worth. Maybe they are going to push the droid more aggressively yet to make room.

Sorry guys/gals, wish it was better news!!

In a lot of people's minds all you have to do to make your product the "best" is put an eaten apple on the back of it.

I think Google would send it, not HTC. Just my opinion tho.
