Ehh, he's probably tired of a bunch of Incredibloids (?!?) bugging him. Plus, he is an online phone support guy. Not the most desirable job, right?

Me: Hello I've been having trouble with my phone and would like a new one - can you check If I'm eligible for an upgrade (I already know I am)

Her: Yes you are eligible, any phone in particular that you're interested in?

Me: I'd like to place an order for the htc incredible right away as I need a new phone.

Her: (voice tone becomes more hushed and rushed) - oh I don't see anything about that smartphone in our system

Me: I see, how long before launch do you know about a phone?

Her: Usually we know a month before, as with the droid and eris.

It's odd that they knew about the droid way before but know nothing about the incredible days before it's anticipated release.

HTC's last 3 verizon releases (Eris, Imagio, Ozone) had less than 1 week from Verizon's press release to announce the phone to when the device was avaiable for sale.

I'll be on the lookout.

They may have known for the past 29 days, but just cant say anything. Once tomorrow happens. "Oh yeah, we've known about it since Feb."

just got a call from one of my sources and they stated that he got training today. He couldn't tell me what it was for but to pay attention tomorrow. I am hoping that he is being honest with me or he is playing a really mean joke.

He also received a package but his manager took it right away and locked it up.

Even the Moto Droid was only officially announced on Oct. 28th and sold on Nov. 6th.

Verizon isn't big for long periods in between announce/release.

Yes, that IS a bit odd...and it makes me very very nervous (but more ticked off than nervous). But they can totally redeem themselves by releasing the damn thing tomorrow.

I thought it was something exciting to report about. It arrived on a Sunday from HTC on Fed-ex. I thought that was post-worthy to most of you in here. I guess I was wrong. I am no "news-radio." I did not come to this forum for the past 6-7 weeks to stir up a bunch of bullshit. I have a lousy Moto V3a Razr and was hoping to share info on the best new upcoming smartphone out there on VZW with a group of like-minded, intelligent individuals with that common interest. But, whatever. Believe what you will - it's a free country. I haven't misled ANYONE. If any of you feel the need to drive up to NW Montana to see this box for yourself, have at it. I'll give you directions. There's no pleasing everyone, that's for sure. I'll just shut the hell up and wait for this damn phone to release. I hope you all enjoy it when it comes out, too.

It was news worthy. These forums are pure speculation and psuedo-fact. If any of us actually knew anything, this forum wouldn't matter.
