Verizon Pre-order, Release date, and speculation thread

The ups & downs were are all having here w/ this whole preorder process made me think of this clip. Figured everybody could use a little comic relief right now or I should I have done the whole...Is the phone coming to Verizon ? Doubt it w/ them already having the Galaxy Nexus bit. No ? Ok..then enjoy!!

The 6/14's are being done as we type! I checked other forums and orders are changing, we should have our confirmed shipping emails in the next 12 hours most are saying!

Pre ordered 6/14 3:31pm by phone, 16GB blue, WA State, CC pending charge now, + sign in order status

Sorry I couldn't resist. Haven't seen anybody that purchased from BB getting any kind of info though. If you look at the ATT thread, BB seems like a real pain to deal with on pre-orders and am guessing people won't see their phones until the "official" release date. Sucks.

Can you amagine what a Best Buy Preorder thread would look like? Hahahahaha

As I was looking at my fedex tracking I noticed this alert:

I clicked on the link and it said this:

This may be the reason for some shipping delays.

Still shows the delivery for the 9th. Which works out since I'll be home. When I called verizon earlier (yes I did... I should probably hit myself in the head) They said that everyone for this pre-order was to have over night delivery... but that was for a month ago. They showed I was suppose to have over night delivery on the phone.. but they have no explanation on why fedex has 2 day. haha. Just my update in case anyone in colorado had the same 'stuck at pickup location' status.

Well I got mine about 2 hours or so ago, too early to judge on reception yet.

Spoke to a very nice CSR when activating and we chatted a bit, I mentioned unlimited data was the reason I got the phone on pre order and that was that.

10 minutes ago she called me back and said the system took my unlimited data, but she was very pleasant and reinitialized the data "Because your receipt shows unlimited data" so be very careful when you activate, if she hadn't of taken it upon herself to notify me I wouldnt have realized for a while. Sneaky Verizon, very sneaky!
