Updated google voice. Messages getting pushed!

I just updated to the new google voice and now my notifications are getting pushed. Currently, I have it set up to send me an e-mail to notify me, but I'm getting the google voice notification before the e-mail notification. It's doing this on both my voicemail and my text messaging. Hopefully this isn't some fluke, because the update says nothing about push notifications.

Finally, Google! I was beginning to think they were ignoring GV.

I thought they were ignoring everyone's pleas in the comment box for push, and I know I sent them an e-mail or three asking about it. I was so happy to see push when I updated today.

And yeah, for whoever needs an invite, they have them on eBay for about $2.

Very nice!! Glad this FINALLY happened. Why the hell would anyone still be paying for Verizon's visual voicemail anymore? This is SO much better!!
