I am having issues with the pictures in the e-mail. It happens with embedded pictures in the mail. It comes up with a question mark and nothing shows up. I have the 2.1 leak. Anybody else having this issue?

Known bug in Android 1.6+. If you're talking about the Gmail app, click the star on this page:

If it's happening to you in the Mail app instead, click the star on this page:
Issue 1180 - android - Email app does not display inline images - Project Hosting on Google Code

Then you just have to wait and see if an Android developer ever fixes it.
