Last night I was browsing my phone, on youtube. I usually go to sleep with a video playing, I like falling asleep to a commentary.. So, I woke up this morning to a blackscreen, I've been trying to find some info on how to turn it back on. Any help would be appreciated.

No signs of life whatsoever, and not rooted. I'm really not sure what that means anyway.

Battery problem? Maybe? Try to see if another battery works on it, maybe it was just a faulty battery

Try pulling the battery and wait say 20-30 seconds or so then put it back in-try to turn it on. If it still won't I suggest you return it to a corporate Metro store as it may be defective.

dead battery? xD
try pulling the battery, waiting the 10-15 seconds, plug in the charger then put the battery back in, let it sit for a bit.
