Help upgrading android version

i was wondering about if i can upgrade android version of my phone, from 2.2 to 2.3.4 . is that even possible ?

I dont think there is a official upgrade to 2.3 .but you can install custom rom like CM7 which is 2.3.7

Hi,
I copied the ROM windows Mango Tango for LG P350) from xda devloper site and stored it on SD card. I installed ROM Manager from play store and choose the option install from sd card and gave the path of zip file. but now my phone is stuck in start up screen (screen with LG Logo) and some text is coming on the upper left hand side as follows,

"Fast boot mood started
udc_start()
suspend
reset
portchange
Stall_get_descriptor 128 6 1006 0 18
reset
portchange
reset
portchange"

i can not start my phone in normal or safe mode and i can not even hard reset it.

Can i install back stock rom for lg p350?
If yes then what is the procedure?
Please advise me............
