Also if Google told the retailers no to selling them then they should be fined. Google needs to show the power they have over a product they own the rights too. If you want to be like Apple or beat them then you have to do business like them.

Again, Google is one of the world's most powerful corporations. There's no way Asus just dealt behind their back; they're a nobody compared to Google. If that is what happened, then Google didn't care enough because had they, they certainly would've been able to stop it

Maybe this is why Google should just make the devises. They own Motorola and could move forward with Google/Motorola hardware. They should be able to control that. Maybe even move towards dropping the Motorola name and just calling it Google. Why buy Moto and not use them. This away they would make more money too.

Me too. No tracking info yet. I signed up for day before delivery, night before delivery, after midnight day of delivery, morning day of delivery, 4 hours before delivery, 2 hours before delivery, 5 minutes before delivery and notification of delivery. If I could get satellite imagery, the UPS truck number and the delivery driver's phone number I'd sign up for that too.

Guys, this whole fiasco is my fault. Seriously. Because any time I order something that I'm excited about, somewhere along the line, a wrench is thrown into the works and things get delayed.

I guess that it takes time. I have read that the next nexus phone is going to Samsung again. I just don't understand that one. If you own a company why not use them. I think that if they did the confusion of things wouldn't be so great. No middle man and control would be all googles.

I'm only the type to come up with the idea. If someone did the idea I would sign up. The problem I have is that I wouldn't know how to make the petition. I would need help. So if someone wants to help I'm aboard and we would both be the founders.

My brother ordered on the day of the I\O (2 days prior to my order), and he's getting the same thing from his tracking number (his destination is the same as mine, obviously)... He ordered just the tablet - no case.

So I have absolutely NO idea how they're shipping these things.

All I DO know is: I'll be the first in my house, to get this beautiful tablet

Ordered on 6/27 and I got the same thing after entering my tracking number .

From my experience this means UPS still doesn't have my package yet because there should be some info comes up when they first scan my package.

In My Choice I get a delivery estimate of Tuesday, so I guess we will see if that actually happens or not...
