I ordered an 8 and a 16 on the 5th. I think they are getting the standard single device, no case orders out the door first.

Slated for delivery by EOD tomorrow. Imagine that, Google promised that they'd be shipping mid-July, and here it is, mid-July... and they're shipping.

DAMN YOU GOOGLE FOR GIVING ME A RELEASE RANGE OF A FEW DAYS INSTEAD OF A SPECIFIC DATE.

Except for those of us who haven't even gotten the email that triggers the whole 2 day period yet......while people who ordered a week after us will be getting their tablets tomorrow.

My tracking number started working this morning and I received the UPS notice that it will be delivered to my house in the San Diego area tomorrow afternoon.

8 GB ordered the 28th. When I ordered the web page estimated shipping in 2-3 weeks, if it went out today it was 2 weeks 6 days.

Hmmm, seems all of our NEXUS tablets are traveling together, there might be a delay if they all become best friends before they start fanning out

I just got off the phone (google) 1 hr 13min. I politely asked what was happening why some orders which got made after mine where already shipping and mine (July 3rd) still no movement. The rep told me that he did not know why some orders made later where shipping first. He also told me that they are not accepting anymore preorders and that by thursday everything should have shipped. Hopefully we won't have to wait until next week to receive it.

Received email Friday the 13th.
Supposed to receive unit Tuesday the 17th.

+1) Well within their estimated delivery time

-1) Later, by a whole weekend, when I could have actually configured it, vs this week when I have to travel on business and really could have used it.

-1) More expensive by the shipping charge.

Order/committing early, and receiving late, and paying more is NOT impressive.

I was waiting for my contract-end at Sprint to get the pure google nexus directly from them, but am now not so sure.

Not outraged by any means, but a little bummed and feeling taken advantage of.

Just realized shipping is from UPS... arent they the ones that just drop packages on your front door if you're not home?

I'm getting a bit irked that people who ordered after me after getting theirs tomorrow, and mine has yet to even be charged or even shipped yet.

I'm not just speaking for myself, I've seen people who ordered in very late June after Google IO that still haven't heard either.

Finally have a delivery date of tuesday on ups. Ordered 6/27, got my shipping email late friday night.
