Help How to log into google+ w/o letting it use my location info ?

G+ app came preloaded on my nexus 7, no surprise there. But when I launch the app (already logged into my gmail on this device) it is prompting me to accept that it will use my location information. There is no place to say no and bypass the question. I declined this option while initially setting up my tablet. I have no desire to use any location specific information on G+. I just want to update my status or make a few posts of general nature. Is there a way to bypass this requirement ? Using the G+ app that is ?

Thanks

As far as I am aware, there is no way around this. My only guess is to go into your device settings (since it is not in the G+ settings menu) and disable the "Allow Google Location services" or whatever it says setting. If that doesn't work, then I am not sure. They may have made it a required part of G+.

You must be new to Google, because that stuff is their bread and butter.
If you have a problem with this stuff I suggest you cash out of the googleshere while you can!

I am not at all new to google. I am using google since the first digit of years were still at "1". So, my life revolves around gmail and have no desire to bail out. I will keep using G+ from my PC which registers as Orlando FL, while I am in Sun Diego :)

I like google but not ready to surrender my life to them. They can eat their bread w/o the butter as far as I am concerned.
