As requested here's a link. Please note however to run the widget you will need to use the Motoblur Launcher included in the release (which may be a deal killer for some) but to be honest it's nowhere near as bad as previous builds of Motoblur.

I used NOVA and APEX for a bit but found myself going back to TouchWiz... the other ones just didn't feel right...

here is mine so far, using the stock launcher. I've tried all the various launchers out there, Nova, GO, Apex, ect.... I like something about them all, but they each have something about them I don't like, so for now im staying stock. The one I've gotten closes to liking is GO, but Im not ready to pull the trigger yet.

Anyway, here is my screen. The problem I encountered today was changing out the App Drawer icon, it really doesn't seem like its possible, you can't even move it around in the dock Heck I could live with the icon, I just want the text to disappear....

With all of the customized widgets, launchers and icon packs involved, you'd think my home screen would be more creative, but it's still pretty utilitarian. Live on Evernote, though, so it's good having the widget on the home screen.

How did you change the look of the icons like camera without a launcher?

you can change the icons out by using the Simple Text icon app. Instead of making and using the ones with that app, I just made/edited some in Photoshop, uploaded them to the phone and placed them on the screen with the 1x1 Simple Text Widget and and just tell it to launch the appropriate app for the icon you made.

NovaPrime Launcher (The best, in my opinion.)
Beautiful Widgets
Stock Digital Clock widget.
1% Battery Mod

No need to install another gallery app just to have scrolling wallpaper. Just download Wallpaper Setter. Much easier.

However the thing that I will miss most is the Weather on the home screen where it shows it raining and windshild wipers or lightning if there is going to be a lightning storm and ect, is there any app that can be put on the SIII that has the same effect that it does when you unlock the screen on the One X?

Change the wallpaper to the stock windmills. It changes with the weather & time of day.
