Dell Streak rebooting constantly

My Dell Streak 5 is rebooting constantly sometimes I get to the main home screen and that's as far as I get before it reboots. Other times when I take the battery out and leave it for 'rest' time about 30 mins or longer, I'll make it further but then when it starts its rebooting it does it constantly until I let it 'rest' some more.

After lots of research it appears this is a common problem with Dell Streak and a few theoretical solutions that didn't help resolve it for me. I'm getting constant reboots even after ensuring I have the latest 407 baseband and I reverted to the latest stock from for that baseband (which happens to be "Olleh" branded and in Arabic or something weird).

Anyway, I'm hoping you guys have found more info on why this happens and I'm crossing my fingers that I don't have a broken phone it's just beyond warranty period.

Is your streak a U.S. marketed devicenornis it have a baseband other than a US? Is it rooted/flashed? Did you say you tried reinstalling the system and even a factory resetm

yes, I have a US marketed oem dell streak 5. I have rooted it and tried restoring it back to factory oem.

Yeah,being rooted could be a number of things. Best bet is to see what solution someone has found and logged on xda developers site. If you browse categories for the dell streak 5 and zero in on a post that descrbes exactly what is happening on your streak.

You "prolly" know that if you post a question on that site to be prepared, because trolls, snolls, growths and all sorts of "under the bridge habitants" will snark your posts. Overlook all that and respond only to helpful comments.

The answer may be here on AF but I know it is on xda.

Please Help!!!!

I have dell streak 5 and to remove all previous data i did factory reset by method:
1. Keep pressed volume key up and down and push start button until the the reset factory options cam.
2. By selecting erase all data, press camera button to start reset factory.

After completion....phone starts self restarting after each 10 mins!! What happened is OS corrupted??

Basically i dont under much about technical things, Try to under stand above post but dint get much requesting you to please advice if you can help me on this, or share any link from where i can get a hope
