First to get rid of confusion, this guide is strictly for the Optimus M + NOT the Optimus M (old)

    Optimus M + Model#: MS695

    Optimus M (old) Model#: MS690

The unbrick guide for the Optimus M (old) MS690 is here: http://androidforums.com/optimus-m-all-things-root/364080-unbrick-phone-lg-screen.html
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now that confusion is gone of which phone is yours, lets continue with what you need to unbrick this bad boy.

Note: The files I am using do not use joneidy's unbrick PM guide files. LGNPST will not work with the DLL that LG supplied us.

You will need to download everything in this mediafire folder: Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire
    Or everything in this quote:

Once you download all that, extract it.

Step 1: Install B2CAppSetup from the LG folder

Step 2: Open LGMobile Support Tool>Install USB Driver>Select Carrier>MetroPCS>Double-click LGMS695>Reboot after installation is done.

Plug in phone now and make sure it is in emergency mode. Put it in emergency mode by following this:
What I did is I pressed volumen down, search key and power button, as soon as I saw the LG Logo a let go the power button and search buttong but kept volumen down pressed and a different screen showed up, it has the LG Logo on top and it says "Download is in progress. Do not disconnect cable."

Step 3: Open the KP500-Utils-EN-v0.4.2 folder and then Open "Open"

    Step 4: Choose J
    Step 5: Type MS695>Press Enter
Step 6: Type the complete location of MS695ZV4_11.S4_11.P3027.cab

Example: You extracted it to your Downloads folder it would be:
    C:\Users\%USER%\Downloads\KP500-Utils-EN-v0.4.2\MS695ZV4_11.S4_11.P3027.cab

    Press Enter

Step 7: Copy and Paste this: MS695ZV4_11.S4_11.P3027 >Press Enter

Step 8: If a prompt comes up asking to restart, press restart. Once it finishes you are unbricked. Enjoy :D

I was in Clockwork recovery. I went to flash a rom but chose the wrong one (I had Samsung roms saved from my previous phone) and it installed and just shut off. Now it doesn't turn on at all. I did everything I could, pulling out the batter, trying to go into recovery manually. Everything, but it just doesn't wanna turn on

I don't know ! I just thought maybe if I modifed another rom from a different, changing the source code to match the lg optimus information maybe I can flash it without any problem. I guess I was wrong ^~^. And no, how do you put it in emergency mode ?

My OP says how someone else was able to.
Also next time if you're going to flash a rom, at least flash something from a phone that is very similar by hardware....flashing from a completely different brand is asking for a brick.
