Help Can't run Draw Something?

Did you hear anything back from the developer or have you resolved this issue? Can you please give me a good email, I'm having the same issue and would like to contact them also.

Yes. I got this pass the buck email and I never got around to doing all their steps. I have already tried uninstalling, reinstalling. I even had to reset my device for another reason and it didn't work after that. If you decide to do all these steps, let us know if you are successful....

Hey Paul,

2) If the issue still persists, please reinstall
-Uninstall the app.
a. Open the Google Android Menu.
b. Go to the "Settings" icon and select "Applications".

d. A list of installed applications will appear; select the game to uninstall and tap "Uninstall".
-Reinstall the app through finding the application in the Android Marketplace/Google Play.
-Re-boot your device (turn it off, then turn it back on)

If you're using an Apple iOS device:
1) Force Close the app.
- Outside the game, double press the black round "Home button" on your iOS device.
- Hold down on the game's icon until it shakes.
- Tap the red minus sign on the top left or right hand side of the app to close the game/application.

2) If the issue still persists, please reinstall.
- Uninstall Draw Something.
a.Delete the app from your device by holding it's icon on your device until it starts to shake.
b.You will see an "x" next to each app that you can delete.
c.Touch the "x" of the app you want to delete. (You may have to confirm the deletion and/or rate the app.)
- Re-install the app by re-downloading it from the App Store.

If you have already tried these and you're still experiencing issues or you're unable to troubleshoot, please let us know so we can further assist you.

Thanks,
Sir Draws-A-Lot

Thank you Paul, I have tried those steps already to no avail. Do you have the email address, I'd like to let them know it still doesn't work. What they will do about it at this point is anybody's guess.

You can find the email address to any developer by visiting the web version of the Play store and going to that app.

Note the link to "Email Developer"

Yeah I've been having this same issue. Words with Friends wont even open, but Scramble with Friends works fine.

I found the solution to Words With Friends on another forum, you have to uninstall it and download the app from the Amazon app store. You will also have to install the Amazon app itself. It's a little tricky but I figured out if you sign into Amazon in your browser (i used Chrome) then select the app and enable one click. Once you do that, close your browser then open the Amazon app and it will be waiting for you to download. When I tried to download it straight through the Amazon app, it kept giving me an error.

Also, once you have it up and running, do not update it. I made this mistake and it went back to crashing just like before. I repeated the above process and now it's back to running smoothly.

Interesting. I'll give that a shot one of these days, thanks!
