If it's posting the screen shots you're asking about, then my method is: first take the screen shots. The best way to do this if you're not rooted is an app called "ScreenshotUX" once you've taken the screen shots then you need a an app like photo bucket or something. You upload the screen shots to photo bucket, then from photo bucket open the pic then, menu, view links, tap direct, then the pic will be copied to clipboard. Then go to post in the forum and look for the little photo icon above the text box tap it and a url box will pop up, long press that & tap paste. You won't see the pic until you back all the way out & go back into the thread. So there you go. P. S. Only post one pic at a time. If you try posting multiple at once, it will just show text
Here's mine... It's a little plain looking but I'm working in it. This Ice Cream stuff has been eating my time.
Hey Joe Eris, what apps or methods are you using to get your launcher looking that way?

I am using GoLauncher EX with the option to show/hide notification bar with a swipe up selected. A custom dock background from an app called Droidicon. I've made 4 of the 5 dock icons invisible. The phone icon is from a GoLauncher theme called Sira. The weather clock is from "3D Flip Clock & weather" and the wallpaper is a new live wallpaper called Mood ICS. BTW If anyone finds any of this helpful feel free to tap the thank you - - - - ->

You need to place a screen shot ux widget on one of your screens, then when you tap it, it will put a little camera icon in the upper left corner of the screen. That camera icon is what you tap to take the screen shots.
5.9.905... I use 3 (default) while in meetings ... the apps I use most are on 4. The button next to the phone ins a one-click ... "call voicemail and ask for messages".
Thanks for the tip about Screen Grabber - no rooting required! Here is my home screen:
Beautiful Widgets with ICE-like clock skin
Smooth Calendar widget for my upcoming events
Circle Battery Widget
Photo Gallery Widget (I think that's the name - I have it set to change photos every 30 min.)
Astrid Tasks widget
GO Launcher
Three of my other screens are Android Pro Widgets: Bookmarks, People, and Agenda (had to have scrolling ones). My fifth screen has a Note Everything widget and shortcuts to my most-used apps.

It is live wallpaper using ... Galaxy Pack ... and is a tweaked version of the Hextor Galaxy. They have a number of free versions. That particular one is almost the same as what you can do with their Shadow Galaxy.
